Privacy
Short version: your certificates, designs and lists of people never leave your device.
What stays in your browser
CertSend makes certificates entirely in your web browser. The names, email addresses, images and designs you add are processed on your device. They are saved in your browser's own storage so you can continue later, and you can delete them at any time with “Start over”.
When you click Gmail or Email app, CertSend opens your own email account with a message filled in. CertSend does not send email and never sees your messages.
Analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used and to measure our ads. They record things like pages visited, the device and browser, general location, and events such as “a certificate was downloaded” or “a template was chosen”. They never receive the names, email addresses, text or images you put on certificates.
These tools set cookies only if you press Accept on the cookie notice. If you decline, Google receives cookieless, anonymous pings (Google Consent Mode) and the other tools do not load. To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser and the notice will appear again.
